We ship your order safely and reliably using trusted carriers, so it gets to you—and your pup—as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Q: What is the processing time for my order at K9 Laboratories?

We know your dog’s tail is already wagging, so we process orders as quickly as possible.

 

Orders placed before 16:00 (Amsterdam time) on working days are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 16:00, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

We ship using our trusted partner MyParcel, and delivery to the UK typically takes 4–5 working days. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey from our lab to your doorstep.

 

Please note: UK customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes upon delivery. While we aim for smooth and timely delivery, customs processing may occasionally cause slight delays. Thanks for your patience—and your pup’s, too!

Q: When will I receive my pre-order item from K9 Laboratories?

We get it—waiting is hard (especially when your pup is excited). If you’ve placed a pre-order, it means you’ve reserved a product that’s currently out of stock but on its way.

 

The estimated delivery time for pre-order items is usually within 2 weeks, and this will always be clearly mentioned on the product page.

 

Once your pre-order is confirmed, our team begins preparing your shipment. You may receive a notification that your order has been “completed” and see tracking information—but please note:

Tracking will only go live once your product leaves our warehouse.

 

As soon as the item is back in stock, we’ll ship it out to you right away.

Q: I accidentally entered the wrong address or house number. What should I do?

No worries—mistakes happen! If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, the most important thing is to contact us immediately.

 

To fix it quickly, we strongly recommend reaching out to us via WhatsApp or SMS, as our customer service team only checks email once a day. The sooner we receive your message, the better the chance we can update your address before your order is processed.

 

Please note:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unfortunately unable to make changes to the delivery address. If that’s the case, we advise checking if you can retrieve the parcel at the incorrect address.

 

Important tip:

We often see orders placed without a house number, which means we can’t ship them out at all. So please double-check your full address—including house number—when placing your order.

At K9 Laboratories, we pack every order with care—but even we can have an off day (just like your dog after bath time). If your parcel isn’t complete, here’s what to do:

Start by comparing your received items with the packing slip inside the box.

If something’s missing, take a clear photo of:

Important note:

If the missing item was a pre-order, don’t worry—it’s on its way in a separate shipment.

If it’s not a pre-order and something’s genuinely missing, get in touch with us as soon as possible—either by email or phone/WhatsApp.

Q: I forgot to use my discount code—or it didn’t work. What now?

We get it—life’s busy, and it’s easy to miss that little box at checkout. If you forgot to apply your discount code when placing your order, we’re unfortunately unable to apply it retroactively to a completed purchase. But good news: you can save it for next time!
